So what is the best way to remove knuckles with damage to new ball joints.
Wizardry. Witchcraft, time travel, etc. it’s not easy. Is the top one stuck on the damn sleeve?

No I am going to replace my knuckles with steel knuckles and don't want to damage the new ball joints I installed .
I suppose a spreader definitely aint using a pickle fork.

They’re supposed to come out by loosening both nuts (don’t remove them. Leave them threaded a little) and tapping the knuckle until it drops off of the ball joint spindles. But I’ve yet to get that to succeed. I’ve had to use pitman pullers. But it’s “not supposed to be necessary”. I call bs though.

Where we sit in the Mid Atlantic and completely in the Appalachian mountain range ( the only state that does) we see snow squalls from the great lakes, nor-easters and cold frigid wind from Canada mix with gulf if America moisture systems . We sit dead center which means everything crosses us. I ended up with about 6-7 inches but it got squished down with freezing rain. Now I have snow with a hard crust in it.
Good thing is snow melts . Worked yesterday 11°F degrees and 15mph winds drive 65miles there on horribly maintained roads . Again it all melts .spring is just around the corner . Waiting for the groundhog to give the word on Feb. 2nd.

Front axle is now officially beefed up. And I found out that my FAD wasnt bad after all. The teeth on my outer shaft were bent causing the collar the FAD slides back and forth to be wedged in place and wouldnt allow the FAD to do its job.

RCVs, Synergy Iron Knuckles, Gate Keeper light brackets, replacement FAD(already had it and cannot return), and my @Metalcloak Baller Joints all installed today.
