Good morning everyone!! Question from a Jeep novice. Do you have to or need to replace the Fox shocks on a Mohave X to have a 3-4 in suspension lift installed???

You can use shock extensions but the Factory Fox shocks may not have enough travel to take advantage of your lift. Your shocks may become the "limiting strap" when you fully extend the suspension which could eventually lead to the shock failing. Depends on how you plan to drive your Jeep.

Cool thanks, will I need to change anything else for it to fit?
You need to know the overall compressed length including the extensions to be sure your bump stops prevent bottoming out the shocks.

You need to know the overall compressed length including the extensions to be sure your bump stops prevent bottoming out the shocks.
Or you can just measure the bumpstop extension and shock extensions you plan to install to insure everything works. The AEV mojave specific 2" spacer kit has 2" shock extensions and 2" bumpstop extensions keeping everything in the proper range at the new 2" taller ride height. After ~25k miles I changed the coil spacers and stock springs out for metalcloak 3.5" springs because I wanted more uptravel when hitting big bumps in the desert. The shock extensions and bumpstop extensions still work great.
