Here's the issue. Since I bought the jtr jun1st the sirius guardian features to locate, lock, start and send n go always fail. My app works fine since it can control my wifes grand cherokee. Decided to call and see what i could get done. The sirius Guardian rep tries to send command but no response. She has me do an sos test call, operator answers and says she isnt getting any vehicle location or info. Guardian rep say there is a problem with my unit. The sos operator disconnects but my jtr reconnects to sos immediately and another operator answers. They noted a malfunctioning vehicle. The guardian rep says i need to take it to dealerships since it wont stop calling sos. Even with jtr off it keeps calling sos. I pulled the radio fuse and it stopped. Once i put it back in everything worked except i now dont have sirius xm radio or any travel stuff in my apps. Only am fm and bluetooth, wont even see my usb ports. I think we have a problem. @JeepCares

I experienced the missing apps after pulling the fuse (in my case to reboot the vehicle wifi). The next morning after a restart the apps came back. I think it just needs to check in with the mothership and the apps come back or something. As for Guardian - I had to create a ticket with JeepCares and have someone at FCA look at why my Guardian would not show a vehicle health report. I was able to do all of the other kinds of remote commands though. Although I didn't get a specific response from FCA saying "we fixed it," it did get fixed and now I have vehicle health reports.

You were right! The apps came back today and Sirius radio and travel apps are back, but still not working with the app to find location, lock, unlock, start or health report.
