Skid Plate Attachment Point Stripped Out

I’ll be first to bring this back from the dead. Installing quadratec plates and the same happened on the drivers side transfer plate crossmember. What’s the best fix? I know it need to get cut out so right now it’s just temporarily bolted back in.

So after several attemps To find a rivnut i landed on using a m12 serrated flange nut and a magnet to hold in place. Sounds stupid I know but it worked like a charm. Hardest part was getting the bolt to start threading. One it caught a little pressure held everything in place. Little bit of red loctite and we are back in business.
