Hi. So like the title says, I'm looking for skid plates for my front LCA Geometry correction brackets. I've noticed they're getting pretty beat up and have seen ones for the axle side but not the frame side. I have the Rancho brackets btw. Thanks!

OP was asking about skids for his front geometry/drop brackets. I haven’t seen any marketed for that besides ones you can get for the teraflex drop brackets. Not sure how universal that sort of thing is.
If you can weld you could probably fit a generic control arm skid on?

I wheeled pretty hard this weekend at Holcomb creek and hit about every skid plate (both diffs, toe rod, all shock mounts, engine/transfer/gas skids, side steps/sliders).. I barely scraped my drop brackets, didn’t bend anything. Oddly enough I don’t think I touched my Rock Hard front axle control arm skids that were linked, probably the toughest skids I have and they didn’t get touched?

I have seen those but like mx5red said, not sure if they'll fit or not on the drop bracket.

How durable are they? Like do I even need to worry about skids? I have literally everything else skid plated

Just assumed if the OEM controls arms fit in the drop brackets, why wouldn’t those same skids fit the drop brackets? ??‍♂

I’d reach out to Northridge (or even quadratec…the person that runs the forum account is super responsive) and see what they say or have any experience with it. Their CS is awesome!

I will definitely do that! Didn't really cross my mind. Thanks!

I have the Teraflex geo brackets and the extra brace. The brace is not a skid plate at all. I have the Rockhard skid plates for that location. They don't fit with the geo brackets. I'm going to weld something up.

Yeah, was thinking of going to a shop and having something bolt on made or just welding a piece on. Unfortunately, don't currently have a welder with me.

I would think the same thing, but the brackets may be slightly different width or shape. Like I have shock extension brackets, and they are different width so the shock skids I bought won't fit on the extensions.

We haven't seen any Geo. brackets with decent skids or skids made for geo brackets. There are too many different designs to have a one size fits all.

Thank you so much! Guess I'll have to make my own when I get to it
