Have you disconnected the track bar to see if it self centers?

You need to get the specs and start measuring. Simply tossing stuff at it willy-nilly without finding the true problems is not wise. You can compensate, patch, adjust, to cover for the real damage and still not have it fixed. In fact you may be making it more dangerous doing what you are doing without some troubleshooting and measuring. Parts BEND and just because you can reset toe, caster, camber, etc. to withing specs doesn't mean TooT, SAI and other angles will be correct and the results could kill.
Find the specs and measure - don't guess.

Easy there Francis, I’ve done nothing but ask advice. Geez...

That's my advice - nothing more or less. Get specs, measure, compare to others if nothing else. If something looks amiss or wrong, like cracked paint, a weld stressed or something bent, have someone measure and then compare.
Just saying don't even try to set things right by "adjusting" - hate to see anyone get hurt (as we've seen sometimes doesn't take much to make these things unstable)
Just concerned about your safety

I didn’t take him as implying anything but concern. You did ask...
I took it as a bitch session and less than helpful. Based on “likes to post ratio” I am probably not wrong in its tone.

I would have a concern for the integrity of the front track bar and, possibly, the frame side mount. The Axle side mount appears straight in the photos.

I'd put my $.02 on the front track bar being bent.

EDIT: heres a shot of our JT with the wheels you're looking at in a 20" with 38's although I didn't have the center caps on when the pic was taken.

Thank you so much. Both the picture and the track bar insight very helpful.

Looking at the frame mount I see the bushing off center but the mount isn’t bent. I plan on disconnecting the track bar and seeing if the axle re-centers.
