Thanks @TxGladiator. I really like the looks of the N-Fab Durastep. I just called them and they told me that the step pads on this one have yellow labels put on them and that I could peel them off if I wanted to. However they do not plan to make this step bar for the Gladiator. I may consider the one you got. That picture was helpful. Going to keep looking for something like the Durastep style.
JCR Off-road has some nice ones as well

The stock size does look ridiculous on the Gladiator. But the acceleration, braking, and fuel efficiency is so hard to give up. I went from stock to 35s and back to stock (temporarily) this week and the difference was mind blowing.
