Went to the dealer for vibration at idle no codes. It was there for 3 weeks. Said they wanted to inspect cams lifters etc. in the end said all was well and runs as designed. My engine sounds louder now or is it me? Could it need more oil after the valve covers were pulled? Also noticed next to the passenger side cat, there was an area that looked like it was missing a part with 2 bolt threads is this normal?

No, it wouldn't need more oil. Even if you were a quart low (the truck, not you personally) it wouldn't matter sound-wise.
There's nothing about pulling the valve covers that's going to lose appreciable oil - if any at all, if it sat a while before removing them.

Mine will have a tiny vibration at idle now and then and I've sort of determined- AC compressor at idle does it at times. Otherwise 99% of the time it's smooth as silk.

Check the surface of that aluminum - it's never had anything bolted there.

nah thats good man. they sound loud at first and quiet up/ smooth out as they warm up. that tick or click your hearing is injectors firing. valvetrain ticks are a lot more obvious. These motors aren't made of glass. FCA/Stellantis makes a bajillion of these fuckers and on avg they get 250-300k out of em before they get scrapped. Its pretty rare despite popular belief that they will eat an intake cam. Just remember this engine is designed to run hot and its good for it. Let it breath and pull every once and awhile. and trust me its designed to rev out to make its power, most sub 4.0 liter displacements gas motors are that way. hitting rev limiter ain't gonna hurt it. Hell towing my camper at 8% grade. It just screams in 3 or 4 at 4700 - 5300 rpms for 15 plus minutes if not longer. Its fine. Change your oil often and and you'll be fine.
