My engine has a vibration and I’ve been trying to locate the source. I noticed one of the pulleys has black around the metal, unsure if it’s rubber from the belt or pulley. I wiggled and it has a little give. Is this the tensioner pulley? The small pulley upper left

It is normal for tension and idler pullies to have some play. The black is probably from the belt but best to use a stethoscope or long screwdriver and listen for a grinding noise or remove belt and you can spin the pullies by hand and feel for any grinding

None of your business.
FWIW, in my experience, for an assessory to cause an out balance condition severe enough for you to notice, the problem will be visually and sometimes violently evident.

Maybe have someone rev the engine to the RPM of greatest imbalance while you observe.

When does it shake? In park-neutral too?

Slightly loose idler won't normally cause a vibration. if the bearing is going, could make a noise - growl, grind or squeal, or no noise at all.

It's really hard to diagnose over the internet because what some see as a vibration could be normal AC compressor operation.
It could be a slight misfire issue - a cylinder not quite right but then that should ideally trigger the MIL.

If there's a vibration from an accessory - you'll see it, the belt should even vibrate with it.

Engine off, of course, wipe your finger on the face of the pully around the bolt. Not at the edge where the belt is, but between the bolt and the outer edge of the pulley - if it's black there, the bearing is probably going, kicking out lube because the bearing's seal is toast.
