Well, here are the wiring diagrams. The second part of my contribution is based on the link provided by the OP. Although this zip file is unavailable on their website, I had to compile it manually from each link in the above post's link. This was a bit funky because the website really did not want anybody to download them offline. Anyway, here we go:

Link: Gladiator (JT) 2021+ Wiring Diagram [UNLOCKED].zip
Key: ECmiGoTjX13xpcftoE8OXvG0CCPYzyfoK0WYCTC_y9Y

Perhaps @Lunentucker, you also want to add this to your post /drive if that's of any interest. The more copy of this the better I'm assuming. Though at this point we might want to promote your post to "everything manual & diagram" rather than simply the torque specs? Or we can do another thread too.

Thanks for putting in the effort on this. Much appreciated.

I know this is an old thread, but I have a question.
I D/L all the .pdf's and appreciate very much. How does one access the green items?

All this information is a gold mine. I'm about to change the head gaskets on my 2020 Mojave. Can I trust this later model information to be the same as for my 2020?

Drivetrain nut and bolts wise, it is the same with the 2020. With the exception of the 2024+ model new stuff, the only thing I ever cam across that was different in 2020 through 2023 was some minor wiring difference but even then, it was 99.9% the same.

There will be a few detaily things like the rf hub for TPMS and remote start, odds and ends being moved or removed, and the details about taking the dash apart changed drastically, but most mechanical things should, as you say, be the same or close enough.
for the few differences, someone here will know about it, so no biggy.
