As I continue my search for new Sport/Chase Roll Bar options, I happened to come across this picture as I was looking for a universal spare tire mount as well. I can't find any further info on it. Anyone have any leads on this? The tire mount is made by Rugged Ridge but I don't think they offer the bar.

Does the tire touch the floor of the bed. It looks like it’s suspended. Do you have a pic of the tire mount installed without the wheel tire on it so we can see how and where the bracket is bolted to the bed. Thanks

It’s suspended and you can adjust lower or higher depending of the tire size. Here you can see more photos.

You do not need the rails, also does not interfere if you have or wants to keep it.

Also, when attaching at the bottom of the bed, do the bottom shackles reattach?

Yes. The D-rings of the bottom are reattach, plus one more screw for extra reinforcement. The tire carrier does not require any drilling and will use the same stock holes.
