In the two towing pictures yes the front is higher than the rear due to tongue weight of the trailer. But no, in the pic with no trailer it is completely level. The truck is parked on a slope though.

I gotcha, the picture without the trailer (that you sent) would be the one I was looking at. Being on a slope would make sense.
