Towing a car with tow dolly without max tow package?

So we are moving and need to tow my wife's car with a 2021 Willys with 3.6/auto combo. With tow dolly it would be just under 4k being towed. Will this be ok to tow?

Yes, if you have the two package on your JT, you'll be okay. One other thing, once you get your Willys on the tow dolly and get it all strapped down, make sure you put the transfer case on your Williys in neutral. The trans can be in park but the T-case MUST be in neutral.
