Wouldn't that be an Android Auto or Spotify app problem? Is the song still stuck if you bring up the app on the phone? Try clearing the cache for the app.
I didn't think so because the app actually still works fine. The ghost is on the actual uconnect screen. I have deleted cache of the app and android auto earlier will check if that worked.
I would think that would be an Android Auto problem, since Uconnect just provides a display/interact mechanism for the phone and doesn't actually run the app.
It's that way with any app. Using Amazon or other apps on my phone it is much lower volume. You can adjust that, if I recall, via a setting in the radio.
Is that hardwired? I see a big difference in Bluetooth vs Hardwired music and not just in volume, but quality.
Not for me, Spotify is killer. Especially in comparison to the streaming crap that came with our Jeeps. Perhaps raise the main volume on the phone.
I have the same issue via CarPlay. I noticed Spotify plays at maybe half the volume of the radio. I switched over to iHeart and it was much louder but not quite as loud as the radio (but close). I have looked for a setting but nothing yet.
My blutooth on uconnect stopped working a year ago with zero help from the dealer. I just use the USB connect direct to my phone.
I connect my iPhone USB-C direct to use the Spotify app. Phone volume is all the up. No volume adjustment in the Spotify app settings. I look in the Uconnect settings for an app or phone volume adjustments.
