I wanted a 2-door gladiator when the JT was first announced years ago. Did not like any of the 4-door pickups that seemed to be the going trend(which has apparently stuck, good luck finding any 2-door pickup). But after a few years, the 4-door gladiator slowly grew on me, enough that I bought a Mojave. But deep inside, I still prefer the 2-door look and size on a pickup.

There's some money in the metalwork of the Gladiator bed extension, but it's well executed and cool. I actually like the tray bed style on the website.

The close off panel on the Jtruk kit is fiberglass, starts life as a 4 door wrangler. pretty sweet setup. They are made right here in SC near me.

The close off kit is for the rear of the cab? The front of the Bed is clearly extended about a foot, is that metal or blended fiberglass?

It looks great; I'm sure a factory version would be even better. Jeep would undoubtedly sell some, but I expect many folks would have difficulty with practicality like myself. It would be excellent as a tower service truck (climbing goat trails). But for a family, it would be a tough sell at the expected price point. But... put some inward-facing bench seats in the bed and a canvas roof over the top, like the polish Honker. It wold be great fun.
