Recently started getting a squeak from the passenger rear when I start driving after the car has been parked. Is the pad clip in the picture the likely culprit? This picture is from the back side of the caliper on the suspect wheel. Are these easy to replace?

When I spun the back wheel up on jack stands it did sound like there was a bit of rubbing and it looks like there's no space between the pads and rotors.

Cannot say 100% that is your source of the squeak, but that brake pad spring is bent out of shape. Should loop like a long J-Hook with a right angle bend on the end that the brake pad ear slots and rolls into position on the bracket. That is what pulls the pad back when brake pressure is released.

I encountered these for the first time when I did the brakes on my axle swap. Bit of a hokey design.

Do they sell the clips specifically? The pads still have a ton of life left on them.
