I have a BDS 2 inch lift with the fox shocks option. It drives and handles great, but I’ve been chasing groans and squeaks when going over bumps or rough terrain ever since I had it installed. I’m not talking about things that heavily flex the suspension.

This is my first non-factory suspension. Is that just the way things are, and should I just get used to it?

You can check all hardware for tightness, you can check to see if springs are correctly clocked and fully seated.

You're going to get some noise as the steel parts move. But overly loud isn't something that should be happening.

Did you transfer the old spring sleeves to the BDS springs?

I’m not sure about the spring sleeves, I had them installed at a local shop. He’s adjusted them for me once already. I’ll check on it tomorrow.

it isn’t super loud, I’ve just got a bit of OCD good ears for annoying noises. 😀

It's a Jeep thing! Turn up the radio! ;)
The suggestions above are the best way to start.
Make sure the disconnects are have been greased. The move around a lot more than you would think.
