Every morning as I leave my parking, the JT gives me a high-pitched squeaking from the front axle/ wheels as I turn left and right, the noise has normally gone within 300m but happens, without fail, daily and sometimes if left for 5 or more hours. I don't get the noise if I go lock to lock stationary and it's not there dead ahead when moving.

I have a 1.5 spacer lift, uprated shocks and longer LCAs, any ideas where to start looking?

Mine dose it to and I have no lift. I thought it was brakes at first, but nope not that. Now I'm thinking it might be a wheel bearing.

I have had this twice on my gladiator. Both times it was the brake pad retention clips had broken. The brakes, of course still function. Normally they just don’t come off of the rotor as quickly if those clips aren’t fully functional. They’re a cheap and simple fix.

Hook up the garden hose and spray the front underside real good. One side at a time! Get it good and wet then do the squeak test. If you don’t hear it, it’s not a wheel bearing and most likely brake pad. If you still hear it, soak down the other side and drive again.
