Who's done it and is it safe to do. I can't find a single pair of 3" spacers for the front and would like to add a pair of 3/4 spacers to the front on top of the 2.5" spacers. Would you do it.

I wouldnt do it, I am not even happy with our 1.5 spacers with my 3.5 springs on the back. When you go up or down, you have to correct the axel (center) so you dont start driving sideways.

I'm aware of that, I'm buying a Adjustable Track bar for that. I'm only thinking of doing it in the front. Already got a 2.5 inch spacer lift installed. Picture is how it currently is sitting. I'd like to level it out some but not completely. The ride is great as it sits. I'm between doing some Rubicon spring take offs up front and the 2.5" spacers I have installed or stacking a 3/4" spacer up front. The Rubicon springs and 2.5" spacer would be more lift than me just stacking a 3/4" spacer on top of the 2.5" spacer.

I have a 2in steel spacer and a 1/4in spacer on top of that. Not a single problem or complaint. Jeep rides great. I felt safe doing it because I added the poly spacer above the steel spacer..So in my mine id was the same as having the spring isolater in contact with the spring well. The way I have it goes spring/oem isolater/steel spacer/poly spacer in ascending order. Im not %100 id trust poly on poly spacer...no logic behind that just seems like it may have play in between them.

Here are some options on ebay that may help solve the need to stack spacers.

I'm only trying to add about 3/4" to the front. I found some Rough country front spacers at CJ Pony For $30. I got 2.5" Poly spacers now with stock isolators installed. I may just wait until I add the steel rear bumper and see where it sits then. It may being the rear down some.

Why not just toss in a set of EVO 2.5" front springs? They're said to give like 3.5" of lift up front on non-Rubicon models. And can be had relatively cheap. But, also remember, that if you go more than 1.5" up front, you'll still need bumpstop extensions & longer sway bar links at minimum. I'd recommend also going with an adjustable track bar, and some nice adjustable LCA's to help increase your flex and reset your front axle geometry.

You can get all that for about $1,000 from Northridge 4x4, that where i got all my stuff. And they'll let you piecemeal a kit together, like that, too. It's what I did. :like:

Yeah I'm getting a adjustable Trackbar soon. My thoughts after thinking it over are to wait until I install a rear bumper, probably going with the DV8 high clearance rear bumper as soon as they get back in stock. Once I do that I'll see where it sits. I really don't want to add more lift if I can avoid it

another couple of form members suggested to use a set of rear sway bar end links for the front after a lift to correct the swaybar angle and then you can buy the Mopar performance parts lower control arms for cheap and installed them to correct geometry.

so far I’ve done the rear sway bar links on my front sway bar and it made a WORLD of difference in the handling after the lift. Ive also put on an adjustable track bar. I’m putting on the lower control arms today.

Yeah I already got the rears on the front after the 2.5" lift I had put on, definitely makes a difference for sure. An old trick I was taught when I had my JKU. I will be getting a new adjustable track bar soon, probably the rough country one since it adjust on the jeep and it's the same one pretty much I ran on my JKU. If I feel the need to correct control arm angle I'll more than likely pick up a set of geo correction brackets, that's the route I went on the JKU and was only in.it for $100. It's driving great now, I really hate mess with it at all honestly.

Pretty sure i got my MPP LCAs for less than $100. But cool, glad your one track!
I went with the core 4x4 track bar and love it, if i got adjustable control arms ill be going with them.

I gotcha. That’s why I was saying, just go with the front half of an Evo 2.5” lift kit. You get all the benefits of the lift, but none of the extra lift in the rear. That setup I mentioned would be about perfect for what you’re trying to accomplish. It will net you the additional lift you’re wanting, but the benefits of a full-spring adjustable lift kit on the front end, getting you all that good flex and travel.

Then it sounds like all you need is a set of coils a track bar, and some LCA’s or geo brackets, and you’d be good to go.

I may end up doing that. That may be better than having the 2.5" spacer up front. I should of thought it out a little better but at the time I wasn't even thinking about adding a front bumper and winch. That thought process changed pretty quick

If always does. I could only afford my 2.5” spacer lift when I first got my JTR. My financial situation changed drastically since then, so now I’m putting on the lift I’ve wanted since the beginning. Which is the lift sitting in boxes in my storage unit...An EVO Enforcer 2.5” Stage 2 Plus. The F&R version of the lift setup I’m recommending for you. :like:
