Steel bumper fog light bezel trim bolt removal/replacement

does anyone know the part number to these trim clips/bolts (circled in red) and how do you remove these without destroying them?? thanks.

talked to a Dealership parts guy and these things are basically rivets you have to destroy to remove.

Wouldn’t you think that when the sell you a new fog light bezel since you destroyed yours on a tree while rock climbing they would also give you the “rivets” for when you replace the bezel? Asking for a friend.
