Just curious to peoples feed back on what aftermarket tie rod and drag links they have purchased/running. I have a Clayton lift and I know on their website they sell the currectlync system. Just curious to pros and cons of diff brands or is it mostly preference. I’m looking at synergy and steer smarts as well.

Rpm steering here. Big, beefy and tough. I also liked that the tie rod ends weren't overly expensive.

And it’s aluminum wonder how much of a weight savings it is too.

With it being solid aluminum and it’s size probably not any.

At least it will have that bounce back I guess you could say unlike steel. Did you do rpm as well?

Yes rpm also. The rod ends are massive compared to stock. Which would account for weight also. Mine seemed to tighten up the steering a decent amount.

Definitely no real weight savings although compared to solid steel it was still pretty light. For how much I was gonna pay to go with a other company I wanted the 2.5 ton ends and the bounce back of aluminum.

Those ends really are tough too. I firmly believe only the bend and beefiness saved me from having a broken tie rod when I wedged myself in a 4 foot gulch with a hard turn at the end.

I have the steersmarts in steel and they have been good so far. My best friend had the rpm on his JKu and he liked them a lot. I’ve seen the currectlync stuff and it’s beefy and a friend just added them to his new JTRD.
