Oh whoa, I thought leather interior was supposed to get the leather stitched dash? Oh wait, maybe only applicable on the overland models. I went with leather because I wanted the stitched dash

Leather dash is only on Overland or Rubicon Launch Edition. Saddle leather gets gray dash. Black leather gets red dash.

Must be nice, Jeep chat just told me 39 days in D status. Only 1 more week to escalate. Wondering if my dealer should of put a sticker on my purchase order before sending it to them

Ive told the story before but my first build was stuck in D status for over 55 days (and still is to this date). I originally ordered on 4/26. See original post below:

Ordered my first one on 4/26. It is still to this day in D status. It was 55 days in D when I canceled and reordered. Only thing I changes was:

White to Sting Gray
Black Hard Top to Premium Soft Top
Add Tow Package

My theory - Jeep put a block on manual builds initially. That block was supposed to be lifted on all around mid June. I think some builds were not lifted from the block and just held in D status. I saw an identical order to my original order pass me in production when they had ordered in the third week of June. This is when I decided to risk it all, Cancel and reorder. I also have always preferred the Sting color. It was a win Win Win for me.

Yeah, I've got a Rubicon, so it's just plastic.

@Kjm18 thanks so much for the pictures. Definitely makes me confident in my choice with the saddle. You and your family are going to have an awesome time with it! Looks like your son has picked his first vehicle when he turns 16! Love that!

I went in just to get financing out of the way knowing it would of course show up when my wife was working this weekend and when I pulled in it was sitting there. I was like, ummmm that's mine right. They said no it's the bosses. I said no, no it ain't. They all cracked and started laughing because they knew they couldn't pull the wool over on me.

It appears I have finally moved to D1 (this is my 2nd time to D1) so Im hoping this time I actually make more progress. In the meantime we're really enjoying seeing other SG's getting delivered! They look fantastic!
