I experienced the same thing after I installed some shaded sun visors that required me to loosen the clamp where the Sunrider hooks in. The clamps are adjustable. I had to go back and adjust them because I could hear wind noise along the leading edge of the Sunrider. Had to adjust to increase tension on the Sunrider clamps.
How do you adjust them? I put my Sunrider from my 21 on my 24 and it has bad wind noise. Sounds like it's not latched all the way. If I lift up on the window seal it makes the sunrider push it down when latched. The noise goes away , but it won't stay that way. The freedom tops seal just fine.

The picture attached shows the receiver (for lack or a better term) for the Sunrider latch (or the Freedom panel latch) and is held by the two bolts you can see (with sun visor in the down position).
I installed some tinted sun visors that have to utilize those two bolts for their hinge. After installing the visors, I noticed that the Sunrider was not latching securely. The holes in the receiver are larger than the bolts, so the receiver is adjustable (slightly). Getting it in position to secure the Sunrider properly was simply trial and error.

These are the visors I was talking about. Saw them on Dirt Road Cred. I love them....cuts the sun glare significantly and you still have full windshield visibility. I never use the OEM visors anymore.

That's funny, I was reading your message about the adjustment and your comment about tinted sun visors and was going to ask about them. And here you posted them.

Just please not that if you order them, the driver's side and passenger's side are sold separately.
