Supercharged engine longevity

Any trouble free hi mileage jeeps out there ? I’ve gotten 250k miles out of all my previous vehicles ( limited mods- exhaust, tune modules, etc). Anyone gotten at least 100k with an aftermarket supercharger ?

I am not at 100k, but should probably get there. The supercharger won't be the problem. The valvetrain is just not designed well. Now that I know exactly how it works, I can hear everything and it makes me cringe.
