In putting a lift together it would sure be helpful to have some basic measurements. Need to know the shock length at full compression in order to choose the correct one and a bumpstop. Example, running 35s with a 2 inch lift you don't need a 2 inch bump stop spacer with the correct shock. Bump stop spacer could be limiting useful suspension travel. If a 1.5 inch spacer lift can use factory shocks in factory location and no added bump stop, but a 2 inch needs 2 inch bump stop spacer and shock extensions. If anyone has the shock lengths at full compression I would like to know them. Also the factory Fox 2.0 shock lengths compressed and extended.

Bumping this thread. Curious if anyone has figured any answers to the questions posed here. Currently also considering the MOPAR but it's concerning there seems to be a lack of info on what amount of lift will actually be given - weights certainly matter but more info would be nice to have if available...

Also curious why a few have mentioned using a adjustable trac bar and control arms. I thought the MOPAR kit was designed to include the appropriate caster and other alignment specs. Wouldn't it void the whole purpose of the MOPAR lift in the first place if you needed adjustable control arms and trac bar's?

The big thing on the Mopar lift is the Fox 2.5s. A guy at the Overland Expo said the shocks are longer than the Factory ones. I don't get my ARE camper and Method wheels till August so I got time to plan the suspension.

Anyone confirm if the gas and diesel shock lengths are the same? - I’m sure bump stop material is different, curious if these are the same length/height across too.
