Hey all,
I recently installed a steel mid length bumper and badlands 12k winch.
I currently have stock sport springs and 1 1/2" TF spacers. It sagged about 1/2" from the added weight.

I bought 2" Synergy springs and Bilstein shocks to level it out again.

My question is because of the weight of the bumper and winch, should I leave the 1/2" spacer to get a true 2" of lift ?

I would like to run 35s in the near future, currently on 33s.

The Bilstein shocks will give you the clearance you need.

The added 1/2 inch will not be noticed or felt but if you want it do it when you do the springs. You won't be happy till it's perfect for 35's. I have 37s with the Synergy 2 inch springs alone, no rubbing. Installing JKS geo brackets soon.

Careful, the 2” springs are more likely to be an actual 2.5-3”. I’d try it without any spacers at all and see what you end up with.

Not the Synergy 2" springs.
under my 2022 Overland with steel bumper and winch, they didn't quite make 2" lift.
They aren't like the MOPAR 2" lift springs at all.
They'd only lift a light sport with plastic bumper 2"

Been there, done that, with 2 pairs of Synergy springs.

Jeep Gladiator Synergy 2" springs with 1/2" TF spacer gtg? 20250629_080538

Said screw it, went ahead and got some 35s. Spring/shock combo rides really good on road. Arguably better than stock. Tires are a vast improvement over the previous ones.

Gratuitous pic..
