Is the suspension on a HA different than the rest of the gladiators? I'd like to upgrade some components as in the title and probably go with a Fox Steering Racing Stabilizer as well. As others have mentioned about the feel of floating on the highway, and getting a better quality ride..oh and death wobble (which I haven't experienced thankfully.)

But, when I input my high altitude on some sites it states they won't fit like here https://www.4wheelparts.com/p/synergy-heavy-duty-adjustable-front-track-bar-8875-01/_/R-FSVG-8875-01

Is this just an error on these websites? I would assume the suspension is the same as an overland or sport. But, then again this is my first Jeep.

Thanks

HA has wide track axles like the Rubicon and Mojave.

For your best answer, go to SynergyMFG.com and ask them. They don't show an exclusion for the HA on their track bar OR the sector shaft brace.

Some of the info is incorrect out there about the sector shaft brace, it DOES fit the Mojave but a small part of a bracket has to be modified.

Yeah, I'll contact Synergy. Northridge 4x4 said it would fit a HA, I just emailed them. I'm somewhat mechanically declined and don't have issues installing the track bar, but would probably like to have a pro install the sector shaft brace as there isn't much room for any error without possible bad consequences.

why do you need the brace? I dont feel that is needed if you are not heavy duty off-road. better money spent elsewhere!

I'm just researching different suspension components that should hopefully provide a better ride experience at highway speeds. I get the float feeling, steering wheel seems a bit loose, slight pull to the right, etc.

I've looked at the Synergy track bar, sector shaft brace, drag link, tie rod. And maybe the Fox Shox race series stabilizer.

But, I'm open to suggestions on where my loot would be better spent on addressing a better highway experience.

The reason they say it won’t fit a Mojave (or the diesel motor JT) is that there is an added gusset on the front side of the spring tower. The brace has to fit tightly to frame and the gusset is in the way. I removed the gusset with a grinder and very small cut off wheel and smoothed the area out so the brace fit properly. Synergy suggests a 2 in lift and proper bumpstops to allow clearance form the brace. I was doing a 3.0 Rock Krawler so I was good there. I also added a Fox ATS stabilizer at the same time.

On a factory height HA? change front shocks (Im running Fox 2.0 resi) and upgrade steering stabilizer (Fox or Falcon). tires, tires, tires.. 20's suck on a jeep for drivability

Factory besides tires, I don't have 20's. First thing I got rid of was the 20's. I went with 18's and 285/65 R18 Cooper Discovery Pro MT.

I went down this path to tighten mine up and swapped to a yeti trackbar, rpm draglink, rpm tie rod, fox ats, metal cloak upper and lower arms and steer smarts sector shaft brace.

In order of what actually helped
1. Arms to increase caster
2. Tie rod and draglink torqued to actually be tight (factory was very loose and this seems common)
3. Trackbar to center axle with lift
4. Fox ats
5. Sector shaft brace. (This ended up going bad and when removed steering was completely unaffected)

If I could do it again if skip the shaft brace as it did absolutely nothing for me with the steel box and eventually just went bad. I'd also not bother with the fox ats and go with a falcon quick adjust or fox through shaft as the fox ats gets in the way and reduces clearance in an already cramped area.

any reason you went with RPM instead of synergy tie rod?
