Tazer - Activating unused features

Weird question, but I have a set of door off mirrors that have a turn signal included, but of course they don't work. I see that one of the tazer options is to enable side mirror turn signal, so my question is if I enable that and leave it on, will it cause any problems? I can't imagine it would but figured I'd ask around before messing anything up.
If it matters, the mirrors have a cable that connects to the door harness in the footwell.

It should not cause any problems. If the factory mirrors do not have the lights in them, all the necessary wiring for them to work may not be there.

I opted to buy a pair of the vent lights…that act as turn signals.

Thanks!! My 2024 Mojave X doesn’t have signals in the mirrors. I doubt my truck has the wiring necessary for it to work (regardless of having a tazer).
But I’m curious to hear feedback from others…

Well one of these days I'll activate the tazer setting and plug them in, see if they work. I'll update the post when I'm done.
I don't think any US gladiator or wrangler has turn signals in the mirrors honestly, and while I do know people have installed them here I have no idea what they needed to do to make them work.
These cheapo mirrors just plug into the door harness and I've got no clue if the wires necessary for the turn signals are even in there on the US models.

My 2023 High Altitude has the amber lights on the outside edge of the mirrors. I'll have to go see if they activate when the blinkers are on.
