Tazer and Turn Cam

Anyone else having issues with the turn cam feature?

I’ve tried a few different firmware versions, from 11.3-11.4 to the most recent.

The issue is that it turns on, works maybe one turn cycle, then stops working. In addition to not working, it seems to kill off any functionality of the tazer, I.e. the light show, sway kill, etc.

I have not noticed the turn cam feature since I don't have it active, but I have had my 'license plate blanking when in reverse' stop working. Rebooting fixed it temporarily, but now it's stopped again. Hopefully Z-Automotive can fix this in a future firmware update.

In my experience, the turn cam feature was always a bit wonky. Sometimes it wouldn't turn the camera on, other times it wouldn't turn the camera off after I was done turning or merging. Granted this was 3 years ago, but I just stopped using it because of that. It was damn convenient, but not very consistent.

It’s always been a hit or miss, my usual problem was it would spike radio volume.
Just miss it for having the doors off now lol

It’s under the live settings, there’s a few useful ones there.

I have not had too much of an issue with it. Now and then, it will not turn off the cam for a distance.

Only time my plate blanking feature didn’t work right was when I messed with the lightshow settings and if I activated dark car. Without touching those 2 things my LP blanking feature works 100% of the time.
