Terraflex Quick Disconnect rubbing at full turn.

Just installed the terraflex quick disconnects and have run into an issue. With the sway bar connected my passenger side wheel is rubbing on the upper away bar link at full turns.

Anyone else run into this?

Edit. Seems like these will not work on a non lifted overland with 275/65/18 tires. Both sides rub.

These terraflex sway bar disconnects are a pain in the butt. Regret buying them between this issue and needing to grind down the driver side bracket.

Ugh, I wish I saw your post before today.

I have a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Sport (JT). The suspension is stock other than three modifications, which are, in the order they were installed:

1. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT LT255/85R-17 (on original stock rims)
2. TeraFlex 1155300 JT 1.5” Performance Spacer Leveling Kit
3. TeraFlex 1764000 JL/JT:Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnect Kit

The tires were installed first, then the leveling kit. No tire rub occurred, both with just the leveler kit, and without. After I installed the quick disconnected, I started getting tire rub at the full left and right turn. I've identified that the rub is occurring at the tire sidewall at the sidewall lugs and the upper portion of the sway bar link.

Is this you? What did you do to resolve this?

Center the axle with an adjustable trackbar. If it still rubbing than you will need lower offset wheels as your sport has narrower axles.

Thank you. The axle is centered, as I have near equal rub at full right and left turn. Spacers are going on today to see if that resolves it.

Do you have enough room to swap the connector to the inside?
I considered that, and I think it could have worked on the driver's side, but the geometry on the passenger side didn't look like it would work right.

Spacers (Synergy 5x5 1.75") resolved the suspension rub, though I did need to trim a 1/4" off of a small section of the plastic front air dam.
