Washers are coming out tomorrow. We will see if it stops.
Keep us posted . Like I said it stopped my popping and I tested it out at full flex different directions , I tried everything to try to cause it to pop and it never has since . The popping was really getting me upset lol .

Well all washers are out and it is still popping / clunking. Very frustrating. I’m going to contact Apex. Also planning to put my GoPro on it to see what is happening.

Any update here? Just installed these and AEV spacer lift a few days ago and yesterday was my torque day. So today was my inaugural first ride and I have heard popping as described while turning in parking lots or slow speed turns. I thought maybe the spacer wasn’t seated properly but after taking wheels off and jacking up front axle I heard the pop as I watched the autoLynx move and I can reproduce it by raising and lowering each side of the axle using two floor jacks. I only have the one spacer on the top of the link.

I was not able to identify the root cause. I have been working directly with Apex and they have been very supportive but no solution. I am sending mine back to them now to be inspected.

I would suggest reaching out to Apex directly and see what they say.

So no popping after you reinstalled factory? I’m taking mine out tonight. I just wrote to Apex to see if they have any thoughts.

No noise after reinstalling factory. We tried increasing torque. We also tried loosening the swaybar and retightening it. I videoed it with myGoPro but couldn’t see movement anywhere. It sure sounds like it is in the swaybar connection but I can’t be certain.

Yea I too called apex when I saw the shortest setting was still way more than the stock link and didn't love the amount of stretching required to get them to connect.

Dude who answered the phone either knew what he was talking about or a very good BSer. Either way he told me they make washers for install, but specifically they do not recommend them. He said they only make them for people who insist on the autolynx being perfectly vetical. Also the length of the link is no issue.

Fixed mine after watching Northridge4x4 install video. I’m a dumbass and didn’t back the collar nut up to the top snap ring. Just buttoned it all back up and took it for a spin and all good to go. I wish you success on yours!

Glad it works. That was the first thing they asked me to check since it is the only moving part in their system. I wish mine did, there is no alternative like this product.

Interesting that the video still above shows an Antirock going to an Autolynx.

Keep at it. The Autolynx is great.

And once it's working well I recommend sealing the snap rings from water and salt.

I thought the same. Kinda weird...

Still waiting to see if anyone adds a disco for the rear though
