I want to test drive a manual Sport trim but there are literally none anywhere near me to test drive. Hell I don't think any automatics either. What gives? Why aren't there any Sport trims in inventory I thought they started building them now?

They have but there is not a lot of demand for them so dealers (rightly or wrongly) aren’t ordering any for their inventory...

your best bet might be to find someone on this forum who has one and lives near you...

I have a base Sport model. And I think that the only way a dealership will get a base Sport model is if they special order one for a customer. Heard a long time ago that Jeep may not ship them to dealerships to try to sell to customers. Only way to verify that is to call a dealership and ask them if that’s why they don’t have any base Sport models on their lots. I custom ordered mine, love it.

Yeah I saw yours. Lovely truck dude. Yeah I want zero options but I'm willing to test drive a Sport with some options even an automatic.

I mainly want the manual windows, manual locks and manual mirrors and importantly to test drive it with those features to see what it's like with them.

Big difference between power and manual for those things. I can ignore whatever options an dealer inventory Sport may have just for the sake of the test drive.

A local dealer near me has had several sports dropped shipped to them along with overlands. The rims are the most ugly almost as ugly as my ex wife, I in my youth did some stupid things.
