I got out weeks before 9-11, landing on the bleachers at siscily dz does not do well for a career.
man I carried a 60, we got the 240’s and that thing was a beast. I carried a 16 with a 203 for a minute too. Never got to use it outside of quals with orange paint rounds. Still got a nice expert ladder tho.
It's all good homie. And ouch on the bad jump

9-11 was the day I was scheduled for the promotion board for SGT........needless to say that didn't happen LOL

I will be passing on this particular mod, living in the desert means anything held on with adhesive lasts about 5 minutes once the summer heat sets in.
I've got my cell phone booster interior antenna stuck to the soundbar above my head with gorilla tape. We get REAL hot down here in Deep South Texas and it's still there!

It does, but it doesn't get Moab hot followed by Rocky Mountain cold. Eventually all adhesive here fails unless it's that aviation grade stuff.

Didn't you know, zero knots on the DZ cause the jumpmaster said so. Just slip away. LoL

Just fyi in case anyone was wondering, the dome lights in the 24 MY are significantly better than previous years. They’re actually aimed at the front of the vehicle now instead of at my shoulder. A 2024 Jeep is probably a dollar or two more than a sticky light from Amazon though ?‍♂

I'm used to a 2010 JKU. The 2021 Gladiator I just got is like stepping into an F-18 Super Hornet.

I hear ya. Went from a 2018 Wrangler Sport with manual locks and windows, to my 2022 JTOD with twice the buttons, now the wife has the 2024 Willy’s with even more buttons. Heated everything, guided cruise control, an iPad stuck to the dash, auxiliary switches and locker buttons, it’s a bit ridiculous seeing the center stack at night!

Hah I get it. When I bought this I was 30 miles down I-35 before I figured out how to change the radio station and set the temperature. I was used to 3 knobs. Speed, Temp, Position. If that fails open a window and take your chances. If you want more well....****you be happy with what you got.
