Put some Seafoam injector cleaner in it.
I have had one that was always a little loud and then on cold morning would stick and tick louder . After it would warm it calmed down . Started running seafoam every 3rd tank and shaped right up.
This. I run Sea Foam at about that frequency and about 150 miles before every oil change. Does it help? šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø But it makes me feel better and I haven’t had any real oil related problems in the past 4 vehicles I’ve done that with.

No oil additives for me, thank you.
If there's a mechanical issue, I don't want it covered up or masked,
and
additives can mess with the chemistry of oil making it less protective over-all and reducing it's life.

No oil maker ever says it's ok to put in additives and at least two people very knowledgeable in oils say "don't do it".

Use at your own risk.

Fuel treatment yes some helps to brighten injectors and plugs . Oil= bad juju
They already have additional additive packages in them .
Adding modify's the additive package in the oil possibly weakening it's service life.
Best of luck though maybe yours work.

The seafoam is only added at the end of the service life before the oil change. Just a little extra oomph to clean any gunk out that may or may not be in there. I’d never add it for a full run. That just sounds like a bad idea. 150 miles is a couple days of driving the kids to and from school with maybe an errand or 2 thrown in. I run the vehicle up to operating temp before oil changes and deal with the risk of oil burns to make sure it’s all out.
