I see wheels like that all the time here even though I think it's illegal.
Maybe they'll nail him on the tint.

Or maybe they'll pull him over for the wheels, then nail him on the tint.

The wheels and windshield depend on the state, a windshield tint is legal in Arizona and I think New Mexico.

Some states allow up to 40% of “poke” past the fenders

My daughter and son-in-Law bought a late 60s beautiful Pontiac GTO in great condition, EXCEPT, it had a set of hot wheels like rims with those wide tires with no sidewall. Thank God it didn’t come with the bouncy suspension.

Come to find out they are custom made and cost about $25,000 a set!!! They came off the car as soon as it got to their driveway exchanged for period correct wheels and tires. I wouldn’t pay $25 for them. 🤣

They’re looking to sell them. I might take them to one of the local “custom body shops” and see if I get any takers.

Due to the interactions with police and the negative societal outcomes, (you know, folks getting in trouble for breaking the law, erupting into street wars, protests, burning buildings, and finally someone being held accountable for their actions) officers are only allowed to initiate a traffic stop due to moving violations. Knowing this, I see illegal front window tint has since moved to the windshield. License plate covers are also illegal here, but bad people keep pushing the boundaries to get away with as much as possible. This keeps cameras from reading plates for both speed traps and location traps. I see speed trap cameras more and more around construction and school zones, as well as location plate readers to let authorities know when someone has entered a town. I doubt all the AI data centers has anything to do with gov't survelliance. It couldn't. Right? The guys that say that are just conspiracy theorists. Yeah. They are crazy thinkers!
Oh, yes. I don't care for big poke on tires and the total blackout windows is not cool.

If the person has a skin conditions like skin cancer some states authorize the really dark tints.
