Thor Total Control air compressor

I’m looking at getting one of these compressors, but I was wondering if anybody had used one on the forum and what their experience was

Good point. I was thinking you might find more reviews out there on the morrflate, seems like it's been around a bit longer. I assume they're the same other than the paint color

They may very well be the same inflator, but Thor's claims that their iteration can be used to inflate a single tire, whereas Morrflate recommends against it. I wonder what makes the Thor's able to handle single-tire inflation.

Yeah, my take is that Morr is overplaying that and they want to sell you a four-tire hose system to go with it. If you keep reading they eventually admit that you won’t damage anything, just get the compressor hotter IIRC. Which should be expected. None of these are really rated for 100% duty cycle like a shop air compressor might be

I haven’t used that compressor, but I have bought a few components from Thors to use on my compressor and have been very pleased both in quality and customer service the time I called. If it were me I’d get the Thors and use the money saved for a 2 or 4 tire hose kit from them. When the hose kit I got off Etsy inevitably breaks, I’ve all but made up my mind to get one from Thors.

I bit the bullet and bought the compressor. My current compressor is a sloth and takes forever. I think it has a 1.2 cfm rating so this should be quite an upgrade.
