I am definitely interested in this i wanted a superlight so bad and they just stopped making it which is crazy but this seems like the next closest thing.

I went with the Yakima RTT from REI and got a 25% discount during one of their sales. Really nice tent and system in general. Mounted on a Yakima rack along with a Road Shower and Riversmith fly rod carrier.

25% off? When was this? REI also sells this foothill tent, would that discount of applied to this tent? Didnt want a rooftop tent but this taking only 2ft of rack space and also light is a decision changer. Also would like to know if anyone has purchased this and could give a review.

Just got back to reading this. If you join REI, only costs $20.00 for lifetime membership, they periodically send you discount coupons for regular priced merchandise. I bought this tent a couple of years ago. their current members only coupon is for 20% off. You also get a 10% rebate each year on regular purchases.
