Tire in relation to exhaust

Put on some Rubicon take offs with MT tires on my Gladiator Sport. I noticed the tire on the driver side rear is about 1 3/8” away from the exhaust pipe. Is this a concern? Don’t really want to run wheel spacers either.

I'm not aware of any issues being reported. The Mopar mud flaps for the rear include a notch for the exhaust pipe on that side.
