Grab a big bag of popcorn and super size drink.
With OEM 245 tires I started with 35-37 psi and though adjusting tire pressure I found on my JT I got best ride and MPG around 40-42 psi with the AT's and HT's is that the pressure for everyone no but it was best for my JT then. Now I've found with 33/10.5×17s I like around 50 psi pressure for handling, MPG and D.D.
Heck on my LJ I ran 25-30 psi on 31 Wrangler MT's, 40-46psi on the "street" AT's for best ride as D.D. now with the 33 MT's maybe 25 psi but not on I-State.
Tire pressure is driver, driving conditions, vehicle loading, vehicle specific and big part driver preconceived notions / beliefs.

I had a set of the old BFG ATs (32s, 265 aka 10.5) on my Tacoma in E-range. Way too heavy for that truck but I didn't know any better then (and was sick of sidewall cuts in Death Valley so I wanted 10-ply). Chalk test said ~35psi for even wear, but it got me like 13mpg hwy. Did the math and the extra fuel cost way more than getting half the tread life from uneven wear. I couldn't get good mileage (18+ on hwy) on those tires until 65psi, so that's what I did. Rode stiffer yes (but it rode stiff anyway with the big overload leafs and heavy coilovers I had). Centers wore first, to be sure. But on my kind of trips, where you burn half a tank getting from the nearest gas station to Death Valley trailheads, range was the most important factor at times.

Next set of E-range AT tires (Michelin LTX AT2) got good hwy mileage at 50psi with good even tread wear too. Chalk test again said ~35psi "best" but long term driving, the wear was dead even at 50psi and hwy mileage was better than at 35psi. Loved those tires on that truck.

(ofc I was deflating to reasonable pressures off-pavement)

Just pointing out that results from tire to tire will be wildly different, situation-dependent, and there isn't one "optimum" for everyone and all conditions
