Tire Rec for Gladiator

I have a dead stock 2022 Gladiator Overland. Stock Bridgestone Dueler is a SUV tire, loads up with rocks, not a happy owner.
I need more aggressive tire, not a serious Offroad tire but something that beats these.

Nitto recons…. Gives the look but still has the quite and life of a streetish tire.

Any mild all-terrain. Consider the commonly available size 265/70 R 17. About identical diameter as the stock 245/75 R 17, so you retain acceleration and towing, but noticably wider for better traction and float on soft surfaces. Expect a 5% hit in mpg. I chose LT tires for durability offroad.

The stock dueler AT tires serve me very well. Good enough for light off road and all OEM. Plus inexpensive since everyone sells theirs dirt cheep after upgrading.

im currently on bronco take off 255/75/17 dueler AT tires i got for $300 for the set with 10 miles on em from a dealership. Theyre just slightly taller and wider than the stock but dont effect mpg or performance.

they look a little smaller because im on a 2in spacer lift.

Just re read and saw you have an overland. So probably 18in rims. There are just oddles of take off dueler ATs for 18in rims as well

... and any AT will probably be wider than your 18-in street tires, even if the same nominal size.

Just so you know, Bigger tread tires hold bigger rocks and then toss them. It is what it is and I dont think any tire will be void of that issue.

Find somebody with a set of Rubicon or Mojave takeoffs for dirt cheap. You’ll get a better looking wheel and a more aggressive tire.

I’ll second this! I have run Nittos on my last 3 trucks. Not only do the have that aggressive look, but sound and drive great.

I switched my Overland from stock 255 Duelers to 295 REVO3's!
Great look, good functionality off-road, and still maintained that quiet asphalt ride like my stock tires!

In 1999 I took my daughter to a Jeep rally in my first Jeep in Cadillac, MI. Stock tires in this picture loaded up and where gone when we returned home.
