Hi and thank you for your help. I need to purchase preferably through Amazon five tire valve stems that hold the TPS sensors. Not sure which ones are the correct ones to buy. I know they are 1.5” long. Thanks.

I don't like to go that route because it's hit and miss at times regarding getting what's correct for these vehicles.
I buy from one of the forum sponsors when I need parts I know are correct and will fit.
I bought my set of TPMS sensors for my 2020 from Benny - allmoparparts - here on the forum. No question they'd fit because they were MOPAR parts.
Some stuff I buy from Amazon - quite a bit, actually, but stuff like this, no.
I want the correct parts, quality parts.

As far as the TPMS sensors - there are early and late part numbers.

So if I break a valve stem on the trail. Can I just replace the stem or do I have to replace the tpms too?

I’m looking for just the stem, five of them. But if it turns into a headache, I’ll just buy five of these complete…… or is this just the sensor??

There should be a Mopar 'service kit' for the sensors that is the valve stem, cap & screw. I bought some for my JK to have spare stems & caps.

EDIT:
Found the kit, it's called a "Mounting Hardware Kit". But it's $63.50, which is more than a complete sensor. Makes no sense.

If you put that mounting kit p/n into google, you should find many lower cost solutions.
Example, tpms.com has them for $1.99:
