Tonneau cover red pull strap mechanism broke. Anyone else have this problem, fix?

Went to open tonneau cover, pulled both red straps and heard a "snap" and did not open latch on driver side, tried again, heard another "snap" on passenger side. Cover will not open anymore. I can manually open the cover. I was able to get to the mechanism and pulled out two broken pieces of the plastic lever witch unlatches the cover. Has this happened to anyone? I will post pics this afternoon when I get a chance to get back at it again.

Factory installed? Warranty it. Only need to pull one strap to loosen it.
