I will try the battery test, I was looking for my volt meter today and couldn't find it, I may buy one tomorrow.

My Equalizer Weight Distrubtion Hitch doesn't use links, rather a different type of setup with L brackets and washers to adjust height. First thing I will do though is Battery and then test driving straight, today it did seem to pull to the left a little when letting go of the steering wheel and not staying perfectly straight. Thanks for all your help thus far.
Well, you have some things to check.
I'd be surprised if the WDH caused a large difference without seeing it on the TRAILER as well, but it can cause a difference. So it's worth a check - don't discount it yet.
And if the trailer is loaded unevenly and already leans, it's going to transfer to the truck some.
Do make sure to balance things out.

Sounds good, like I said previously, we installed this WDH the first time. Then I paid mechanics $270 to do it when I was left stranded and pulled over.
Then when I got home- I took it to Jeep, they cleared codes and said it wasn't a warranty repair and nothing is wrong with the Jeep, I was pretty furious in hearing this and told them there is obviously something wrong.

When I connect my trailer - I will take pictures and measure once again my front wheels before and after to see how much drop there is. According to their (Equalizer) instructions - it can only drop so much and be ok. I will also measure both sides of my truck to make sure they are the same height.

There's such a thing as "too much".
Making sure the vehicle and trailer are level side-to-side is also important.

Mine were always simple - to connect and to be correct in force and I never had to tweak side-to-side in my camper or my huge, heavy, flatbed made from a mobile home chassis and I-beams.
