I’m going to installing a 3.5” game changer lift and I was wondering if anyone had the stock torque spec?

So torque to 103 and then turn the fastener another 145 degrees after you have torqued it to 103.
A circle is 360 degrees, so half a turn is 180 degrees.
Another aid in figuring angle is that a bolt head or a nut typically has 6 points and 6 flats.
So each point is 60 degrees from the next point.
Quite a few fasteners use that method - it's a more accurate way to get the bolt stretch that they want.
forgive my mechanical ineptitude but how would a power impact driver be able to turn the fastener by an exact angle? You just mean by marking the bolt/fastener with a sharpie and turning by small increments, right?Not to mention how much easier it is on the torque wrench and the person behind it, because you can switch to a breaker bar or an impact driver for the heavy work.
Correct. The bolt doesn't care how it is turned 145 degrees, breaker bar or torque wrench. Do your initial torque with your torque wrench, then make a paint mark on the bolt head, and a second mark on the bracket 145 degrees away, which is a little bit past 3/8s of a turn.
