I did a few searches to find something that fit the bill. I saw Evo has their high and tight, but not tow rated. I saw on a website DV8 had or has one, but its not on their site.

Im hoping there is already a thread someone can point me to where this list is already there or at least point me to an option that would fit the bill.

Im looking for a rear bumper that you can tow 6k lbs but also gain some room under the bumper similar to that high and tight version. Im also cool if Evo gets their version tow rated.....cough cough.

Don't expect to tow that much with a bumper. You need a receiver. Also once you get some real weight in towing you likely will be needing a WDH - not good with a ball on a bumper.
You will be very limited unless it's a receiver. The bumper also doesn't attach to handle that sort of load.

Class III has a max of 6,000 pounds.

Maybe That's more of what I'm looking for, a low profile bumper where the receiver comes through the bumper or something. Even if it means repositioning the license plate.

The dv8 bumper is kinda what I'm looking for except it's only for accessories. I'm hoping there's a solution out there where you can have the low profile and tow rating that the truck is rated at.it appears the evo bumper is kinda the same thing. Low profile and accept accessories hitch mounted devices like a cargo rack or bike rack.

Maybe I'm asking for a unicorn, I figured this board will let me know how crazy what I'm looking for is.

Second ,Relentless Fabrication, NOT RATED though ,but an awesome bumper with side protection also, it's not a bumper hitch, the receiver is beefy as hell and close up against frame, and recessed behind license plate. I actually reached out as it was something I really would have liked, but was told the spare tire would have to be relocated, still not 100% sure that was correct but other things have to be done . It is a very nice design though.
If the tire would fit I would do it, but that's me......Jack

I've seen them - not necessarily for the JT - but since the angles on these could be improved, someone has to be working on such thing. I believe EVO has one but has not rated it for towing.
Yes, the receiver comes through the middle of the bumper.
I can get and appreciate the appeal as far as trying to get that departure angle improved, on the other hand - I think, sorry, EVO, that their bumper is ugly - but that's my own opinion and not stated as a fact.

That one looks a bit better "appearance-wise" than EVO's bumper. The side protection would be a must for me IF I were so inclined or wanting of better departure angle (I have 0 need but appreciate that these do get into ravines and ditches where hanging up on the low receiver is the last thing you want to have happen)

Is that one actually set up for the park sensors???

To be tow rated is a lot of work/effort, not cheap and it would need the receiver portion to bolt back into the frame and not rely just on the bumper alone. Looks like that one has a chance.

Bill, without seeing it in person can’t say for sure but from the various pictures I have seen I would run it knowing that I do not tow over about 5,000 pounds, and by the looks might be stronger then factory beings the leverage is not as big a factor as it is tight below the frame not down six inches. It does have sensor holes if requested but they would not skip the backup lights cutouts, although the holes would make a great location for reflectors. Guess I am going to look into it again, tire relocation is not an option….Jack

This, no one is going to rate their receiver because the onus then becomes on them if it fails. That said, the relentless fab is heavy duty steel, tied in to the frame via the bumper mounts and recovery points....so you have to decide if thats good enough for you.
