Looking at buying a trailer to haul my bike in. Anyone having issues with a 7x16 v-nose?

Having an enclosed V-nose trailer, aka Wind Anchor, I would recommend a Kendon if you only need something to haul a bike with.

If you have other needs for an enclosed trailer, then so be it. But they will cost you a LOT in the MPG department.

I have a 7X16 v-nose by Texan Cargo. Pulls fine only complaint is a hit in MPG. The reduction is due to wind drag, my boat weights 2,000 pounds more than the trailer and I get better milage pulling the boat.

I have a 7 x 14 Spartan V -nose tandem axle that hauled two Harley dressers twice and biggest issue was definitely MPG which was expected especially above 60 MPH wind drag.
