Trak-Loc Rear Diff Overland & Willy's Diesel Sanity Check

Howdy folks. I'm not sure if it's a website glitch or something but it appears that if an overland with the diesel is configured, the trac-lok rear is included which is puzzling me because if going diesel, is the only difference between the Willy's and Overland the rubicon shocks, mud tires, black wheels and stickers given that the trac-lok comes with the Overland automatically when diesel is selected?
