Teraflex calls it a "Dust Boot Retaining Spring" for their HD Drag Link.

Sent an e-mail to Teraflex but would rather find one or something similar on-line or at AutoZone.

Yes to McMaster-Carr.
That is not a part store item - too few things use those, in fact, I can't say I've ever seen one on a car or non-Jeep vehicle. They are used in some oil and grease seal applications so if all else fails, buy an oil seal that has such a spring and harvest the spring from the seal. Not cheap, just an "if all else fails" thing.

I'd add as an "editorial" comment - what the heck were they thinking using something like that on a dust boot? Is it something you have to remove and reinstall on a regular basis?? For an external piece in such a location, that seems like a problem just itching to be found.

Doesn’t Moog use a similar spring on their grease/dust rubbers?

Not on any of their parts that I have used. For sealed joints, they often crimp a steel ring around the lower skirt of the boot, greaseable joints they often leave it just to the boot fitting snugly.
Maybe for their bigger Jeep parts - but I've not seen that on the ZJ, WJ or any of the cars or trucks I've owned prior to the JT

Let's just say - over the years, I've never used a Moog part that had that sort of a retainer.
