So I didn't even make it 500miles yet and this happened this morning. Anyone else, and is it hopefully just a display replacement?

Right, that's what I meant. Just didn't want it to be a whole thing where they have to rip apart too much and can just replace this piece. I know this comes out real easy.

I got a used one for my warranty work. It was a big hassle dealing with xm and the dealer to sort it out. Good luck. Have you tried resetting it?

The unit is registered to the user. When the dealer pulls it out of another vehicle they apparently test it out by installing it in another vehicle. However, since it is still registered to the original owner you get what ever the previous own had. The dealer cannot cancel someone else's subscription nor can the new owner because it is not registered to the new owner. Emails and phone calls to different xm levels took about 2 days. Then it took another day for the new used radio to wake up and start working. It works now and never fixed the original issue (Bluetooth mic output). I hope someone else didn't have issue with my original radio.

So when I went home last night it worked fine. That seems to be in line with what others have experienced. Hopefully it's not a normal thing is all. I'll take the one time adventure.

God Speed, so far my only issue is it'll black screen itself sometimes with no sounds and the only images I get are when i adjust the Air Control.
