Under back seat storage rekey?

I was able to get a under seat storage from my friends Rubicon but, can not find a way to rekey it to my key. I have talked to about 10 locksmiths and even the dealership. Has any been able to do this? Any and all help is much appreciated.

I literally just did this today ....

Drill out the existing locks
Order 2 glove box new keys
re-key the new locks
Install

Dealer is the cheapest for the new locks as shipping cost almost as much as the locks

typically the parts guy @dealer does the keys, great video online if you prefer DIY
